Administrator Assistant / Secretary

Are you a highly organised Administrator Assistant or Secretary looking for a new opportunity? Fostral, an IT company from aborad is looking for such a person to join them in or around Kawit, Cavite. In this role, you will play a support function for our senior management team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and offload all the administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel booking and expense reporting
  • Handling a range of general office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally
  • Assisting with the coordination of team meetings and events
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Working with documents: requesting documents, submitting documents, reminders

What we're looking for

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and similar software
  • Keen to learn using new tools for everyday tasks
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Good spoken and excellent written English skills
